| Q. | What are check in and check out times? |
| A. | Check in is 3pm as standard, however should you arrive early you are more than welcome to leave your luggage with us until your apartment is ready.
Check out is 10.30am Monday - Friday and 11am Saturday and Sunday. Late check outs may be available subject to the days arrivals and may be subject to an additional charge. |
| Q. | Are there car parking facilities? |
| A. | Yes, we have secure underground parking. Each booking is entitled to one complimentary car parking space per night. Additional space may be reserved an £10 per night and a reservation must be made. |
| Q. | Do you have Cots for young children? |
| A. | Cots are available for hire but must be arranged prior to arrival. |
| Q. | Do you allow pets? |
| A. | No pets are allowed. |
| Q. | Do you take group, stag or hen partys? |
| A. | We do not take same sex groups consisting of more than 5 adults. We do not accept stag or hen parties. We only accept group booking from corporate guests who have a corporate account set up with Posh Pads.

| Q. | Can I pre-order breakfast? |
| A. | Breakfast packs can be ordered at £5 per person and must be arranged prior to arrival. |
| Q. | When is payment due? |
| A. | Full payment is due on arrival from a credit or debit card, you will also need to have a card for pre authorization. Peak dates may require a 50% deposit which is non refundable and non transferable. |
| Q. | Can we book interconnecting apartments? |
| A. | Unfortunately no apartments are interconnecting however apartments can be booked on the same floor at request. |
| Q. | Do you have a laundry service? |
| A. | Yes, we do provide a laundry service. Full details of prices can be found in your concierge pack. |
| Q. | Is there room service? |
| A. | Room service is not available. However breakfast packs can be pre-ordered for your apartment along with any drinks. |
